Don't look at the numbers

Before you begin to micro analyze metrics from your newfound Agile methodologies make sure that you have a culture that embodies what your are trying to achieve.

First one must get teams to understand, practice and embrace proper Agile / Lean / Scrum practices. This will drive productivity and business value generation faster than anything. It is the more holistic view. So don't focus on numbers before have looked at the practices and their implementation.

In what may be the cutest thing I have ever seen, my 3 year old took our phone today and snapped 10 photos.  I have posted all ten photos to show the care and precision he took with each one.  I am humbled and amazed as I continue to learn how he sees the world.  I find this gallery simply beautiful.
